Through his work experience and professional training, he has become an expert in coastal zone properties with detailed knowledge of property restrictions, exceptions, and potential usages. Additionally, he has knowledge of building costs and material procurement which help his clients improve their properties.
Steve ran his own successful brokerage for 9 years prior to joining Compass in 2019. He joined Compass so he could be a part of an exciting and innovative company that is changing the way we buy and sell real estate.
