Patrick (Pat) Gilmore (NMLS 1478472) is the Chief Executive Officer of America’s Local Lender. Pat has over 30 years of experience in the residential mortgage industry, including key executive management positions with Fannie Mae, Goldman Sachs, GMAC Bank, Caliber Home Loans, and most recently with Silvergate Bank where he significantly grew the company’s organization.
Pat is an active member of a variety of real-estate related organizations in San Diego: Mission Beach Real Estate Association, La Jolla Real Estate Broker Association along with Downtown and Metro area caravans. He is an active participant in the Association of Independent Mortgage Experts, the National Association of Mortgage Brokers and the San Diego Chamber of Commerce.
Pat holds a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland’s elite Robert H. Smith school of business and is a proud veteran of the US Marine Corps.
